1Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

gfplay is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated in accordance with a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"). The gfplay platform provides access to casino games, live dealer games, electronic bingo, fishing games, virtual and live sabong, and sports betting services to eligible users located within the jurisdiction of the Republic of the Philippines.

These Terms, together with the gfplay Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any game-specific rules published on the platform (collectively, the "Agreement"), govern the entire relationship between gfplay and each registered user. These Terms take effect upon the creation of a gfplay account or upon first use of the platform, whichever occurs earlier.

By registering an account or using any feature of the gfplay platform, you represent, warrant, and agree that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you are legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws applicable to you; (c) you are at least 21 years of age; and (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain a gfplay account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older;
• You are a resident of, or physically located within, the Republic of the Philippines at the time of play;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or contractor of gfplay or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology suppliers — or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted;
• You are not enrolled in any self-exclusion program administered by gfplay or PAGCOR at the time of account creation or continued use.

gfplay reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued Philippine identification documents such as UMID, passport, driver's license, SSS card, PRC ID, Voter's ID, PhilHealth ID, or Postal ID. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one (1) registered gfplay account at any time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all associated balances, and reporting to PAGCOR. gfplay employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate account activity.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any registered details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gfplay login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. gfplay will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where such access occurred due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify gfplay immediately — by contacting [email protected] — if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

As required by PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) compliance obligations, gfplay requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests above applicable thresholds. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued Philippine identification document and, where applicable, proof of address. gfplay reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation for accounts with elevated transaction activity.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. As required by PAGCOR and Philippine AMLA regulations, withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. gfplay does not transfer funds to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the verified account holder. Withdrawal requests are processed during regular operating hours; requests submitted outside operating hours will be queued for the next available processing window.

4.3 Currency

All account transactions on gfplay are denominated and settled in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱), unless otherwise specified for USDT TRC20 transactions which are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at time of transaction. gfplay is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting USDT deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Transaction Limits

gfplay reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and withdrawal limits to any account, including but not limited to standard platform limits, VIP tier-based enhanced limits, and regulatory limits imposed by PAGCOR. Users who wish to modify transaction limits may contact support. Limits set as responsible gaming tools by the user are binding and will not be lifted within the user-specified restriction period.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

gfplay offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered users, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP program rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, supplemented by specific promotion terms where applicable:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds (excluding cashback) are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in each promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
• Game Contribution Rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of the wagered amount. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in each promotion. Certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contribution.

6Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the gfplay platform — including slot machines, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games, sabong, and sports betting — are provided by licensed third-party game studios and operate under their respective published game rules. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood the applicable game rules before wagering real money;
• All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games use certified RNG technology that produces outcomes that are statistically random and not influenced by gfplay or the game provider in favor of any particular outcome;
• Live dealer game outcomes are determined by genuine physical randomness (physical cards, dice, or wheels), streamed in real time from professionally equipped studios;
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes in any individual session;
• Game malfunction — including software errors, disconnections, or system failures — voids all pays and plays. In the event of a technical failure during an active game round, gfplay's records of the game state at the time of failure constitute the definitive record of the outcome.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gfplay platform. Violation of any prohibition in this section constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where required:

• Underage Access: Using, accessing, or attempting to access the gfplay platform by any person under 21 years of age, or facilitating such access;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering, operating, or using more than one gfplay account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity;
• Money Laundering: Using the gfplay platform to conduct, facilitate, or disguise money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal financial activity contrary to Philippine AMLA (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and related regulations;
• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent chargebacks, or any deceptive conduct in connection with deposits, withdrawals, or bonus claims;
• Collusion: Conspiring or colluding with other players, gfplay employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to exploit game mechanics or gain an advantage not available to standard players;
• Reverse Engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, modify, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to gfplay's software, algorithms, or proprietary systems;
• Unauthorized Commercial Activity: Using the gfplay platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, including operating a business of accepting bets placed by others using your gfplay account.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by gfplay

gfplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) provision of false registration information; (c) suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity; (d) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (e) PAGCOR directive or regulatory requirement; or (f) account identified as belonging to a self-excluded player.

8.2 Account Balance on Closure

Upon account closure where no Terms breach has occurred, gfplay will process the remaining verified account balance to the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Where closure follows a confirmed Terms breach, gfplay reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, to retain the balance and report to relevant authorities.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting gfplay support. Closure requests under the responsible gaming self-exclusion program are processed with higher priority and may be enacted with a cooling-off period as specified in the Responsible Gaming Policy.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the gfplay platform — including but not limited to software, code, interfaces, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of gfplay or its licensed content providers and game studios. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gfplay platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant you any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any gfplay content; scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform; or use gfplay's trademarks or brand elements without prior written authorization.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gfplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the gfplay platform, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gfplay expressly excludes liability for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data or goodwill; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages; (d) service interruptions caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications network issues, or force majeure events; (e) losses arising from your failure to maintain account security; or (f) losses arising from decisions made based on game history displays, trend statistics, or any other non-predictive data shown on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits gfplay's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer protection law.

11Responsible Gaming

gfplay provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period;
• Session Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss amount per gaming session after which your access to real-money games is temporarily suspended;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive periodic notifications of your current session duration;
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks). During a cool-off period, you cannot deposit or access real-money games;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the gfplay platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take effect within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, gfplay will take reasonable steps to prevent account reactivation and to block marketing communications.

Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek support from licensed responsible gaming resources and, where appropriate, contact gfplay support to activate self-exclusion. Must be 21 years old or above to play on gfplay.

12Privacy & Data Protection

gfplay collects, uses, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the gfplay Privacy Policy, available at gfplay.vip/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.

By creating a gfplay account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification data, transaction records, gameplay history, and device and connection information. gfplay processes personal data only for legitimate purposes related to account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and improvement of the platform.

gfplay will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed game providers, payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR and the AMLC) as required for legal and operational purposes.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and all matters arising from your use of the gfplay platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the gfplay platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting gfplay support. If informal resolution is unsuccessful within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial contact, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

For disputes related to the licensing, regulatory conduct, or game fairness of the gfplay platform, players may also file a complaint with PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels. gfplay cooperates fully with all PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

14Amendments to These Terms

gfplay reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gfplay will provide notice through one or more of the following channels: (a) a notice displayed prominently on the gfplay platform at login; (b) an email to your registered email address; or (c) an SMS to your registered mobile number.

Changes to these Terms take effect on the date stated in the updated Terms. Your continued use of the gfplay platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the gfplay platform and contact support to initiate account closure.
